Cementitious infilled Steel Panels, which are also called"Concrete core steel panels", are consisting of a flat hard steeltop sheet welded to formed steel bottom pan, filled with full lightweight and foaming cement. We use Bao'' Steel cold rolling steelplate to punch, spot-welding and coated by epoxy powder afterforming.Our 600mm/610mm OA steel panels have designs of corner lockholes to fix with pedestals head by screw. All pedestals can beadhered to the subfloor with our own proprietary epoxy adhesive ormechanically fixed to the subfloor. This kind of installationconstructs a flexible, stable and safe access floor system.
