INTRODUCTION
When wheat is used to produce ethanol, the abundance of xylanaseand Beta-glucanase in it will increase the viscosity of steamed andboiled fermentation liquid, which will lead to difficulty oftransmission of fermentation liquid, decrease the transferefficiency in the process of fermentation, prolong ethanolfermentation period, and reduce the utilization efficiency of rawmaterial; meanwhile, it will increase the difficulty of plate andframe filtration in the downstream process. According to ourresearch and long-term practice based on enzymes with high purityand activity as well as adoption of superior fungi strains and deepliquid fermentation on the condition of ventilation, the compoundenzymes of wheat-ethanol-fermentation are developed to resolve theproblems existed in wheat-based ethanol production.
