Each dies composed of four modules, six pin, four springs. Fourmodules are the two "1" modules and two "2" modules, which vary insize, diagonal arrangement. (See picture 1). There is no "1 ","2"marks in the real dies.
After used the dies for a certain times, or some difficulty inwelding the wires, we should clear up the dies as followingsteps:
1. Take out the modules, pay attention not to lose the spring whenopen it. Wipe up the surface of each module with a clean dry cloth.Don’t leave any scraps in it, especially no oil in the wireway, orit will slip when connect the wires.2. Firstly, install the pins in"1" "2" modules, then install the springs in the pins. Then installother two modules. Compress four modules tightly to ensure noloosen and jammed phenomenon will happen.
