RSIC is mixed with high pure SIC coarse powder and SIC finepowder, after slip casting , vacuum sintered under2450°C,recrystallised the high technology SIC material. Owing tothe high purity material (SIC ≥99.5%) and none middle combinedphase, RSIC has the excellent high-temperature mechanical property,the working temperature can reach to 1700°C.
