Features of structure and application

Cabinet structure for Y series high voltage motors is adoptedand motor case is welded by steel sheet with light weight and goodrigidity; Lamination structure is adopted or the stator, insulationmaterial with grade F is adopted for the winding of stator and itsend has reliable fixing and binding. During the manufacturingperiod, it is subject to multiple inter-turn impulse voltage testand withstand voltage test to earth and is also to vacuum pressureimpregnation (VPI) treatment; The rotor is made with castedaluminum process; The bearing has such types as rolling bearing andsliding bearing and depends on power and revolution of motor; theprotection grade is IP23 and the way of cooling is IC01 and themotors with other protection grade and way of cooling can also bemade. The motors are used to drive various machineries, such ascompressor, water pump, crusher, cutting machine, transportationmachinery and other mechanical equipment

YKS series of high voltage motors have air cooler installed ontheir top on the basis of Y series of motors. Their protectiongrade is IP44/IP54 and way of cooling mode is IC81W.Such motors areused widely at such industries as power station, water works, ,petrochemical industry, metallurgy and mine etc .
