Therevolutionary new NT-C series sodium hypochlorite generator is afully intergrated, patented and high efficient design from SCITEC.Sault and water are electrolyzed to produce sodium hypochloritesolution at 0.8% strength.
NT-Cadopts simple and compact design to realize automatic continiousproduction and ensure low operation and capital costs.
Sodium Hypochlorite GenerationPrinciple
Refined salt is mixed with softened water in the saturator to formsaturated brine. It is diluted to 3% by softened water and injectedinto the electrolyzer. The solution is electrolyzed with directcurrent, the anodic product is chlorine gas and the cathodicproduct is sodium hydroxide and hydrogen. These two substancesreact with each other to form sodium hypochlorite solution.
