LIBRA®Water-based Wood Transparent Primer

LIBRA® Water-basedWood Transparent Primer is developed via scientific water-basedchemical industry process. It uses clean water to substitute theorganic solvent. It has performance of low VOC, safetyenvironmental protection are more excellent. Meanwhile, it hasexcellent performance of filling and anti-friction. Its paint filmis hard and transparent. Thus the natural and beauty wood texturewill be reflected.

Theoretic Spreading Rate:

One time brushing area: 15--20 squaremeters/kg. Actual consumption amount variesfrom dilution ratio, construction method and substrateflatness.

Construction Requirement:

The optimum conditions: temperature between 10°C-30°C,moisture content of base lower than 14%, the relativehumidity below 75%. The constraction surfaces should be smooth,clean, dry, no oil slicks andpolishingdust.

Application Method:

Generally don’t require dilution, if require,please accurately add clear water, stirring evenly, filer byfiltering cloth of more than 200 mesh, stand for 10 minutes beforeconstruction. May brush, spray, and require painting thin coatingand multi-times. It is normal to seem milky after opening andcoating film turns transparent after drying.

Recoat Time:

(Dry film of 20 microns, temperature at 25°C,the humidity below 75%) the drying time of previouspaint film at least 4 hours, should be thoroughly polishingdust for recoating. If lower temperature and higher humidity, therecoating time should be extended accordingly.

Natural Curing:

None.

Condition of Storage:

Water-based wood paint should be stored inthe cool ventilated place, the optimum storagetemperature between 10-30°C, had better not store at lowerthan 0°C. Stored under normal conditions, the producthas a shelf-life period for 12 months.

Notice:
