The machine is composed of QCL60 vial vertical Bottle washingmachine, ASMR620 hot wind cycling oven and DFG300 vial liquidbottling machine.And the machine is divided into threeparts:cleaning, drying, sterilizing and bottling. The productionline is mainly made of stainless steel 304, and the partscontacting with medicine liquids are made of 316L stainlesssteel.

 

Features:

1. Mechanical hand jigged bottles are used on bottle washingmachine, suitable for various vials.
2. Tracked water and gas channels are available for bottleswashing, with high-quality spraying and washing procedure, savingwater.
3. Bottle washing coarse cleaning water and fine cleaning waterchannels are separated, without intercrossing pollution.
4. Bottle washing machine spraying pin is attached by importedceramic sheathes, without abrasion.
5. Bottles outlet after washing are transferred by synchronousbelts to transfer ampoules, stable and reliable.
6. Hot wind cycling heating, with uniform temperature, savingenergy.
7. Oven is attached with power-failure high-temperature highlyefficient self-burning prevention unit, highly safe.
8. Oven is attached with imported differential pressure meters andfrequency variation controller, highly  sensitive andstable.
9. With three units combined and balanced, to ensure productionbalanced and reliable.
10. Bottling or capping stops without bottles.
