In order to meet the requirement of advanced sludge dewatering,drying and final treatment and reach the targets of sludgereduction and resourcelization, Techase established the solution ofELASPRESS advanced sludge dewatering system.
This system can help to reduce the water content of sludge to lessthan 60% for subsequent drying or resourcelization. Treated sludgecan be landfilled or burnt directly or used for greening, brickmaking or used as fuel and organic fertilizer etc. in order torealize low cost resourcelization. The core of this system is tomix the raw sludge with special modifier quickly and evenly in themodifying reactor after concentrated via the integrated equipmentand engineering works of the system as well as the multi-platescrew press in order to make the discharged sludge meet themodification requirement. The mixture will be pumped into anelastic volume pressure pressing system for deep dewatering andmake the water content of the sludge be less than 60% forsubsequent drying or resourcelization. The sludge, after deepdewatering, can be dried continuously for reaching the watercontent of 40-50%.The integrative ELASPRESS sludge advanced dewatering systemfeatures small floor area, high efficiency, high capacity as wellas low cost for capital construction, operation, transportation andretreatment. No heat source and fuel are needed for this deepdewatering system. The treated sludge can meet the correspondingnational standard and be landfilled, burnt or resourcelizeddirectly.
