PROPERTY:

Optical Brightener CXT is regarded as one of theperfect agent used in detergent industry. Owing to introducing themorpholine group into the molecular, The properties such as acidand perborate resistence be improved. It can be used in thewhitening of cellulose fiber, polyamide fiber and fabrics, showingnionic characters and has optical blue color. It has betterresistence to chloride bleaching than VBL and 31#, the mostfavorable dyeing bath pH value is 7-10. Its sunlight fastness is 4grade. The most advantage used in detergent industry is its highmatching capacity, high accumulated washing whitening effect. So itcan meet the requirments of various matching capacity in detergentindustry.

APPLICATION:

1. Used in detergent industry, for the syntheticdetergent, toilet soap and soap.

2. Used in the fabric of cotton fiber, nylon, etc,taking on excellent whitening effect on artificial fiber,polyamide, vinylon, also has goodwhitening effect on casein fiber,polyamide plastic.

PROCEDURE:

Optical brightener CXT has less solubility than VBLand 31#, it can be soluble in hot water and form about 10%solution. The solution should be used immediatly when it is readyand avoid sunlight. The dosage used is 0.1-0.5% in detergentindustry and 0.1-0.3% in dyeing industry.

PACKAGE: Packed in iron drum orcardboard bucket after being packed in plastic bag first. Netweight per bucket is 20 kg or 25 kg.

STORAGE: Should be stored in cool,dry and ventilate place, and storage time should not exceed 2years.
