1. Normally it needs 15 days for us to make a dress and theshipping time 5-15 days. The shipping time depends on where you arelocated.
2. If your time is urgent, do please tell us your event date inadvance, so we can do the best arrangement to ensure you can getthe dress in time.
1. Return or exchange
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon thearrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make surethat the dress has been made to the standard size or custommeasurements that you specified. Try on your dress as soon aspossible without altering, or washing the dress.
If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure theyare in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered,undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair.
2. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for refund.When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide CustomerService with photographs clearly showing the problem with theitems. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping,Customer Service will need photographs showing the damagedpackaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation from yourdelivery carrier in order to process your refund.
3. Item is not the size you ordered
As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, thefinished gown may vary by approximately one inch in eitherdirection of the specified measurements.
If your item size differ from the specifications of your order bymore than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to makeadjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of theproduct price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, pleaseremember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it mustbe provided when requesting reimbursement.
4. Your item is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses or clothing that does not fit properly but fit thespecifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of thepictures shown on the website. Slight color mismatches between thecolor of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean thatthe item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confidentthat you have received the item in a wrong color, please contactCustomer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
6. Return Process
1). Contact Customer Service within 3 days after youget the item. Include an explanation and photographs documentingthe reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted withoutprior approval from Customer Service.
2). once the return, we will offer refund in 2 workingdays after we get the returned item.
