High Frequency Induction Heating

The second type of induction heaters are the High Frequency Induction Heating machinery. These are extremely robust, easy to use, mobile units which are useful for heat treatment of metals and parts, bending, brazing, welding of metals amongst many other applications. The applications for these machinery are unlimited and it is your imagination which can drive the machine to it's ultimate use.

The High Frequency series have frequencies 30-80KHz. The characteristics are as follows:

1. IGBT module and Inverting technologies of second generation been used; Higher reliability and lower maintenance cost.

2.100% Duty cycle, continuous working is allowed at maximum power output.

3. Constant current or constant power status can be selected accordingly to achieve higher heating efficiency;

4. Display of heating power and heating current and oscillating frequency;

5. Simple to install, Installation can be done by unprofessional person very easily;

6. Light weight models;

7. The machine can be used for heat, retain, and cool cycles using a built in timer to automatically adjust time according to a preset;

8. Has auto failure communication;

9. AB Models have the power supply and transformer separated.
