The second layer is viscoseadhesive (AD) 170-250um. 5. The third layer is polyethylene(PE)2.5-3.7um. 6. The fusion of three kinds of materials which can becombined with steel pipeline and then in the form of theanti-corrosion layer, its performance is very good. 7. The coatingcapactity shall be 1, 500, 000m. Advanced testing laboratoryperforms these additional tests: 1. Chemical composition withoptical emission spectrometer 2. Tensile tests of pipe body andwelds 3. Charpy "V" notch impact test for energy absorption andpercent shear area 4. Drop weight tear test 5. Guided bend test 6.metallographic test 7. Hydrostatic test, X-ray test, Ultrasonictest 8. Vickers Micro-hardness test 9. Microscopic examination oftest sample of weld 10. Additional specific tests as requested bycustomer.
