Type-KP-200 is automatic sleeve labeling one, before bottlescarried into the label sleeving machine, muti-monitoring points aresat up in the buffer area coordinated with bottle monitortransducer automatic following, and adjusting speed to makeproduction line more smoothly.Ⅰ Driving unit:Synchronized transmission, any change of transmission beltwill be finished quickly. Compared to the type of traditionalmultilayer whose change and maintain need more than six hours, itsmaintenance is easy and maintain is simple, so it doesn''tinfluence production.Ⅱ Cutting head unit:The new style cutting knife drived by servo motor, with highspeed, more stable and precise, shrink perfectively. Synchronouslocating device enables the tolerable error to ±1mm. Unit cutterhead plane design in China which apply to the container of30mm-130mm, you never need to change or debug it . It also hasunique light touch human-machine screen, that means, auto searchoriginal location as well as safety and convenience which is aheadof other congener products.Ⅲ Label feeding unit:It adopts double material shelf which enable the change oflabel more convenient and fast. There is label checkingphoto-electricity and when there is no material, it will stopautomatically and give alarm light and also display on the touchscreen. It adopts ultrasonic sensor which enables the label feedingstable and fluent and avoid the error label length, label block andother problem when label feeding servo convey the label.Ⅳ Clean down unit:Adopted with motor coordinating with double circular arcsynchronous belt makes clean down plastic core-rubber-tiressynchronously and ensures the label casting stably.Ⅴ Bottle carrying unit:Adopted with mechanical transmission to drive the positioningbelt on both sides. While changing the whole bottle carrying unit,the down and up, width are all controlled by one hand wheel aimingto synchronously and swiftly adjust.
