GB China Toy Testing

   At the same time, as the biggest developingcountry, with about 260 million children under 14 years joined bythe expanding consumption group of adult toys, China stands firm asone of the biggest consumption country of toys. However, as for thenumerous toy manufacturers in China, the ever changing externalenvironment makes it an urgent task for them to grasp the valuableopportunity of the booming domestic market.

   GB 6675 is a basic rule complied with the toys. Thestandard is applicable to all toys (including trial products andpremiums) sold in China. Also, the new Sewed plush and cloth toyscalled GB/T 9832, which was effective from Sep 2008, has set thequality requirements for plush toys, especially the quality offillings and the fineness of decorative lines. Regarding variouskinds of toys, the state has introduced related standards.
