III. ATTRIBUTES

IV. INSTRUCTIONS
A. Installation of Airlaid paper, protective film and sticky paper refers to figure 1-1.
B. It is press roller leave-joint on top right.
C. Clean the machine including frame, sticky rollers and press rollers.
D. Install sticky paper sized 650× 75(insider diameter), make sure the sticky paper package direction contrary to sticky rollers runs.

E. Airlaid paper should be wider than protective film and narrower than press roller length, and installed in the airlaid paper leave-joint on the left bottom indicated by figure.
F. Protective film should be installed in top left and make sure the valid protective side contact with plate.
G. Open the press roller leave-joint, thread the protective film between press rollers and stick the invalid side on the film collecting roller. Thread the airlaid paper through the tension axle in the bottom, and between press rollers. Then close the press roller leave-joint.
H. Power on and press the green button and feeding button. Adjust the speed and tension. When the protective film, every thing is ready for process.

VI. ROUTIN MAINTENANCE
A. Clean the machine with industrial alcohol, 70%~90% Isopropanol solvent or film cleaner periodically.
B. Cut the sticky paper every 15-20 plates to clean the dusts adhere on sticky rollers timely.
C. Clean the plate out of plastic, dusts and residues.
D. Keep the roller from strong acid, Alkali and sharp tools.
E. Turn off the power when there is more than 10 minutes idle.
