2. Structure and Characteristics
The machine is consisted of stainless steel vertical container, filter cone, end shaft machinery seal, motor, gearbox, bottom discharging valve, heating device, hollow screw agitator, sampling device, control system.
Characterizes:
1. Structure is simple but functions are full.
2. Conic detachable sintered filter plate, large filter area, the effect of filtering and washing is notable, and it is easy to replace filter plate.
3. Bottom discharging by agitator counterclockwise rotary.
4. Hollow screw agitator, material tridimensionally run, mixing effect is notable.
5. CIP, completely clean.
6. Frequency conversion control, clockwise and counterclockwise rotary.
7. The process of filtering, washing, drying are carried out in the same tank, smaller space and less labor.
