about the Manufacturing Process of our Products

1. Materials: Adopt excellent rubber wood timber imported from Burmese as raw material and the tree age is more than 25 years. In order to prevent the cracking phenomena during using, degrease disposal for woods is needed.

2. The construction of cabinet: The cabinet distinguished from the bathroom cabinet in current market is made according to the traditional method of Chinese furniture which is mainly joined by wood plugs and a small part helix needles. Regarding to the drawer, it also adopts the traditional wooden guideways to keep the same style. And so does the handle with hinges.

3. The carved technics in surface: Manual sculpture is strictly required.

4. Varnish Disposal: There are four working procedures including ten steps for the varnish disposal. Firstly, it is from rough polish to mild polish, then from fine polish to coating with the closed paint. Secondly, secondary fine polish then coating with closed paint. Thirdly, after secondary closed paint, coating with the archaistic varnish. Last but not list, better polish and finally coating with surface paint.
