TAIDEA Sharpening Stone
1. Before you use the sharpener, do put the whetstone in the water to carry on fully soaks.

2. Install angle guide on the knife, arrange the knife firmly, and avoid the knife moving or inclining, use the whetstone and grind the knife slowly and evenly.

3. While grinding the knife, the edge is oriented at right angles or a little incline to the whetstone.

4. The whetstone divides the coarse and the fine sides. The green side is the coarse side and the brown side is the fine side.

5. Please eliminate the contamination that on the sharpener after you used it. Of course this job is easy. You can clean it with brushes and water.

6. After washing, dry the water, keep the sharpener at the normal temperature and avoid the sunlight perpendicular incidence.
