Genesis Reverse Osmosis water treatment system is custom engineered and manufactured to meet local water condition, each of the water treatment system shall be based on water condition and flow rate requirement, the water treatment process will be verified due to different water condition and each quote proposal will be considering every element of the necessary treatment process against specific water report.
The Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant composes of basic media filtration for pre-treatment, the main RO unit, and the sterilization process with UV and Ozone for post treatment. The media filter covers the dirt, color removal, chlorine removal, water softening, and particular method of iron removal, anti-scaling, flocculantation process will be adopted for the bad water condition.
The Reverse Osmosis system is designed with 50% to 75% water recovery ratio, with a 99.6% salt rejection ratio to make pure water output of TDS 10-50ppm based on different application of the filtration requirement, the whole system is equipped with PLC control feature for stable backwash and cleaning, and C. I. P. Cleaning system is equipped for standby use for the maintenance purpose.
The post-treatment of Ozone and UV system will be an optional choice for making bottled water production, which features a continual mixing rate and effective sterilization process for the healthy drinking water need.
