II. Features
Industrial color touchscreen flat panel monitor simplifies operation and supervision;
Paper feed in and feed out are controlled by converter and variable frequency motor; Its speed keeps synchronous with production line speed.
-Slitting part:
Individual slitter set adopts AC servo motor and controller; It realizes quick, smooth and precise order change;
Shift guidance of slitter set with high precision and reliability performance adopts precise linear slide track and runner block;
Transmission for shifting of slitter set adopts alloy steel precise gear and rack; It has outstanding high precision, reliability and easy maintenance performance;

Slitter sets driven by synchronous belt, variable frequency motor and controller; Its speed keeps synchronous with production line speed;
Alloy steel thin-blade with automatic grinding, cooling and lubrication function has long service life and high slitting quality.

-Cut-off part:
Automatic or selective order change; Fixed length cut;
Permanent magnet AC servo motor and AC servo controller realize high efficiency and high accuracy of cuttering/cutting;
Helical knife is made of high grade alloy steel; Knife shaft is with strict dynamic balance correction treatment to ensure stable and smooth cut-off;
High grade alloy steel transmission gear is perfectly grinded, carburized and quenched; Is realizes high precision, high hardness and long service life.

-Stacking part:
The elevator deck lifts automatically;
Sheets are counted automatically until transverse expulsion when stack piles reach the preset height;
Manipulator fingers receive single-faced sheets automatically when transverse expulsion; It ensures orderly Stacking.

The number of slitting sets is optional to customer's request.
