Molded grating was made from fiberglass roving laid up and thermosetting resin casted on the large die through a cold hardening's process.

Characteristics:
Corrosion resistance: Our products have excellent performance in different corrosive environment, such as acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent (in gas or liquid form) and the like over a long period. Customers can economically choose the type of resin (ortho, iso & vinyl ester resin) according to specific environment.

Light weight and high strength: The specific gravity of molded fiberglass grating is less than 2, only quarter of steels and 2/3 of aluminum. The strength is 10 times of that of pvc. The absolute strength exceeds that of aluminum and steel.

Fire resistance: Flame spread rating of ordinary-fire-resistance molded grating (astm e??84)is less than 25. We also provide high-fire-resistance molded grating with flame spread index below 10. Oxygen index below 28 (gb8924).

Anti-weathering: Long service life over 50 year.

Safety: With excellent electrical insulation, its electric breakdown strength could reach 10kv/mm. Non-magnetism. It can be used in sensitive magnetic installations. The special structure also provides super anti-skid performance, and could reduce the fatigue feeling of the workers.
