Mobile Cord Constant Tension Controller is the product which is by our engineers' long-term development working. Its characteristic is the tensity is stable, the function is complete, easy to be operated, the steel wire does not have wears, the service life is long. This creel line includes mobile platform, creel stand, constant-tension let-off device, steel cord guiding device, butt-jointing machine, etc.

Constant-tension let-off device is installed on the creel stand, the bobbins is fixed on axis with frication wheel. The steel cord is let off through the tension control wheel and the constant tension is achieved by self adjusting of air-driven frication wheels and frication plates, while the steel cord is guided by tension control wheels.
