Principle
The alloy steel turn dial, after high-frequency quenching heat treatment, can stamp letters or numbers of a certain depth (0.1 ~ 0.3mm deep) under the outside force (hand pressure or a rubber hammer to drop). The steel dial can be turned to the desired letter or number, making it easy to change the words and the position of engraving and row spacing are adjusted by the specialized machinery agencies, word spacing is relying on manual adjustment, different characters heights can be achieved by changing the steel dial.
A variety of plates whose sizes are less than 200 × 130mm can be engraved clamped.
