The operation principle of main unit of GTM Medium Speed Trapeziummill is that main unit runs with the central shaft that is drivenby a gear box. The top of the shaft is connected with a quincunxstand on which a grinding roller is installed to form a swingsupport. The grinding roller not only rotates around the centralaxle and grinding ring but also rotates around its own axle due tothe friction. There is a pallet knife system at bottem of quincunxstand. The pallet knife system is under the grinding roller. Withco-rotation of pallet knife and grinding roller, pallet knife willlift the materials into the space between roller and ring to toform a material layer. The materials will be grinded due to thecentrifugal force of roller and thus finally achieve the aim ofmaking powder.
ApplicabilityGTM Medium Speed Trapezium mill has been widely used in electricgrinding, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, steel, buildingmaterials, coal industry and so on, and has produced great economicand social benefits. Mainly used in the field of mining, buildingmaterials, chemical industry, metallurgy, power plant, coalindustry, etc., the machine is suitable for non-flammable andnon-explosive minerals whose Moh''s hardeness is below 9.3,humidity is 6% and and the final product size can be adjusted asrequied in the rang of 80-425meshes(even till 1000meshes), such ascement clinker (born), quartz, feldspar, calcite, dolomite,graphite, fluorite, wollastonite, phosphate rock, calcium magnesiumphosphate, coal, gangue, slag, zircon sand, talc, granite, potashfeldspar, marble, barites, ceramics, glass and other grindingmaterials of more than 1000 kinds. Bacause the machine takes thedemand of desulphurizing powder into full consideration in itsdesigning process, and can match well with the desulphurizingequipments, it is able to improve the desulphurizing efficiency andis an ideal desulphurizing powder equipment.Technical parameters
