Flotation deinking cell (pulping machine) is designed to remove hydrophobicity impurities such as ink particles, plastic or padding of the waste paper stock.

Features:

Its able to remove large ink particles with a range of 5- 500 micra.

It is designed with a built-in aeration component in favor of the process gas loop seal.

Owing to the reasonable combination of the troughs, the cell provides larger capacity range, easier fluid level control and more reliable performance.

Two stage flotation system (first +second stage ) guarantee the maximum removal of the impurities and the least loss of the fiber.
