Servo hydraulic cylinder (servo cylinder for short thereinafter) is execution elements in electrohydraulic servo system or proportional system. It can control travel direction, position, speed, or distortion of the object at random through bringing controllable acting force such as pushing, pulling, pressing and torsion. During the design of complete set of control system, signal test and feedback fittings, servo valve or proportional valve etc. Are often directly installed on the servo cylinder in order to simplify mechanism.
