Extruder is make up of 60+120+90. They are heated and cooled by water, RKC temperature control system, sheet feeder, BM type screw, big L/D ratio, high rotate speed, ensure material equal mix and plasticization.
The cross head adopts cone-shaped multi-flow channel structure, joint speed raising without eccentricity.
The vulcanizing tube is made of stainless steel tube, the pressure in the tube is 2.5 MPa. Adopt over-heat steam system.
Water-steam balance system adopt pneumatic film value and differential pressure transmitter simulation control, high accurate control.
Electrical control adopts PLC programmable controller + DC converter control. Pfunction has technics parameter storage pickupfault alarmmaloperation function and so on. Touch screen indication and operation.
