2.24 hour variation: Should measure two times a day in morning and night, preferably 4: 00 a. M. And 4: 00 p. M. Or 8: 00p. M. To 1: 00am and 8: 00am to 4: 00 p. M.

Instruction:
1. Before using it, please push the indicator to start
2. Push down the white cover.
3. Take a deepest breath and hold up without air leak.
4. Hold the withe cover and make the PEFR Velocimeter horizontal.
5. Puff to the seam as fast as possible, record the scale where the indicator is.
6. Put back the indicator to start and repeat above again.
7. Continuously test three times.
8. Close the white cover.
Cleaning and Disinfection:
1. Wash the outside of the PEFR Velocimeter with warm boiled water or middle speed soap water.
2. Wash and clean the PEFR with water, shake it and make it dry.
3. Please do not boil it.
4. Please check the scale carefully, if any damage, please do not use it anymore.
