LL-D series flat/bent glass tempering furnaces is mainly used to produce big size tempered glass for building, furniture, decoration etc.
Main features:

2. There is no need for module, it adopts roller-forming- shape technology. The glass shape is accurate and smooth. The forming is automatically completed by computer.

3. The Intelligent Control System that automatically adjusts the heating profile keeps the temperature in the furnace constant, regardless of the glass thickness. Since the system is very flexible and allows mixed production, it reduces costs and increases efficiency. The key elements of control system are from Siemens, Omron, FUJI etc.
4. The heating elements made by good quality material are designed for long life, the heating elements are easy to remove.
We can make furnace according to customer's requirement except for the models listed above.
