Traditional copper phosphorus brazing filler metals, copper phosphorus silver brazing filler metals, Copper phosphorus tin brazing filler metals as they contains phosphorus elements, when welding with high temperature, phosphorus will easily volatilize which can easily cause welding pore, blister and so on undesirable effects. In order to settle the problem radically, Jinghang R&D department develop copper and rare earth solder. This solder is ideal substituted products of the traditional copper phosphorus brazing filler metals, copper phosphorus silver brazing filler metals as its good liquidity, ductility, high strength and low welding pore rate less than one over ten million, so it is ideal alternative products for traditional copper solder and silver solder.
