The raw materials of poly propylene are heated,extruded and stretched into flat thread filament,rolled up by woven on the round loom upby the rolling mashine, then for round loom,sbraikding. Our company has improved the machine many times. The thread is drawed out with the material of 100% regnerated,powder and pellet material through the machine. The screw cylinder of the extruder is made with 38CRMOALA alloy steel, its hardness is over Hv900 after Nitrogen treatment, so it's durable.
