Flying shear applications are designed for cutting of metallic tube/pipe, whose process requires full speed in various custom-length sections. When the cutting process lasts long, the flying shear can be used to solve random in-feed and constant feed application, without the need for stopping the process and cutting at the required lengths.

The flying shear requires special calculation techniques. In our company, pre-developed flying shear solution package available to be customized for satisfying customer's specific requirements. The flying shear use Siemens SIMOTION as postion control driver to shorter the accuracy difference.
