For the main machine, a complete-frame-adjusting method is adopted, So, only by turning two ball screws and adjusting the positions of limit switches, all the parameters can be adjusted.

Between the main machine and the secondary material-distributing device, four pieces of high-pressure oil tubes, each 6 meters long, are used for connection, So, it's convenient in moving the sencondary material-distributing device, cleaning and maintaining the main machine.

A 1.6 meter deep ditch should be pre-dug up before installation of the equipment for the purposes of good ventilation of vibrating motor and convenience in maintenance.

A block-discharging slope should be built up at the discharging end of the machine, in order to reduce the labor intensity and to avoid the factitious damages to the products while dischargeing by man-power. By this way, the investment in lifting board by the customer can be saved and the qualified rate of the products can be improved largely.
