Thesehigh-performance synthetic PAG lubricants are made from a speciallyselected polyalkylene glycol-base stock polymer to provideexceptional lubricity and other performance features. A dedicatedproduction facility ensures consistent, high-purity product.,andthe product is acceptable under this regulation for use as alubricant for machinery for producing, manufacturing,packing,processing, preparing, treating, packaging, transporting.Archine Syntrend Compressor Lubricants (CL) series CompressorLubricant CL 1400 is identical in every specification to ArChineSyntrend CL 1400,but CL 1400 has a higher content ofantioxidant. In most cases, the products will perform equallywell. At a minimum, we recommend that old lubricantbe drained from the lubricator pumps, the system cleaned, any sealsand elastomers inspected, and filters replaced or screens cleanedbefore the ARCHINE Syntrend CL 1400 Compressor Lubricant isinstalled. System cleaning may be necessitated by the build-up ofsludge and/or varnish in old systems. Physical wiping or flushingwith ARCHINE Syntrend CL1400 Compressor Lubricant may be requiredif residual contamination is expected. New units require theremoval of preservative or coating fluids in similar fashion. Afterinstalling the ARCHINE Syntrend CL 1400 Compressor Lubricant,adjust lubricators to deliver the manufacturer’s recommended rateof lubricant. Check filters or screens requently during the earlystages of operation since ARCHINE Syntrend CL 1400 CompressorLubricants will likely loosen residual sludge, varnish, andpaint.
