GTSG3 Artificial And Synthetic Leather Roller Coating Machine
The machine is professionally designed for coating imitation leather and synthetic leather. It is equipped with Italy orign coating rollers and doctor blade and can meet different requirements in tanning finishing processes including synchronic coating, reverse coating, bottom coating, surface coating, re-dye, and print-up, etc, Besides it can work both collaboarted and independently.
The motor reducer of the machine directly couples the rollers and shaft, and drives the machine steadily with the help of the electrical frequency control. The speeds of rubber roller and coating roller are indicated and adjusted on the control panel(m/min), visualzed and convenient.
Three coating rollers for different purposes are equipped on the pneumatic automatic roll-changing shelf, so roller can be chaned expediently and quickly. And if it happens to power off or pneumatic losing when chnanging the roller, the roller shelf can safely stop in any position.
The blade carrier is controlled by pneumatic device, automatically advancing and retreating. The pressure between the blade and roller is adjustable. And an axial automatially reciprocating apparatus is equipped in the blade carrier, with the reciprocating frequency adjustable. Thus the pulp scraping effect is enhanced. Besides, the machine is fit with double blade carriers, so no change of the blade carrier is required when coating forward or backward.
The working thickness(coating clearnce) of the machine is controlled autormatically and shows its figures in the control panel(precision 1/100mm). And with the help of manul adjusting handwhel, the depth of parallelism between coating roller and lower pressing roller can be directly and easily controlled.
A height-adjustable carrying roller is respectively installed in the front and back of the coating roller, which, based on different leathers, can change the wrap angle between leathers in working area and the coating roller, so that to obtain more satisfactory coating quality.
The pulp automatic supplying recovery system that combines stainess stell pulp-receiving device and double-diaphragm pulp pump can guarantee the circulatory use of pulp, and a steady visosity of pulp in the channel, and finally a high coating quality as well.
