Through using original German centrifugal composite casting equipment and the most advanced casting process in the world, the produced rolls has high hardness, toughness and wear resistance. We have imported U. S. Ross Camp, Switzerland Buhler and Japanese assorted rolls of flaking roll for more than thirty domestic and foreign large-scale oil processing enterprises. For example, we have equipped Beijing Huifu Grains & Oils Ninety-three Group Tianjin Company, Dalian Company with 815 × 2135 rolls, and imported Japanese assorted rolls of flaking roll for Dalian Nisshin-oil. Its various technical indicators have reached the standard imported roll, and there have been run hundreds of rolls in operation.
