Lifter:
The lifter adjusting the working plate brings much more accuraly and swiftness the discharging mouth is used to dispose the remaining raw materials. Which makes the skip plate clean and tidy and avoids, the dmage to the oil cylinder of the skip.
Swing bean pallet sending device:
Crank-link machanism is employed. It transmits the circular motion of the crank into the stranight reciprocating motion of the mobile farme, thus ensure the pallets moving smoothly and transmitting produvcts stably

The lifting moter of the stacker employs the motor with cone-formrotors the lifting chain using 16A chains which can bear weight up to 6t, the machine plate is welded by using special thick-walled rectangle welding method, which makes the machine plate more stable.
Suspended charging skip orbit:
Charging skip orbit is suspended on the ssistant machine frame, the charging skip is equipped with eight travelling wheels. Among them the four friangle rollers above the skip are used to avoid the skip form jumping in the coures of vibration and also aviod the raw materials for leaking.
