Detailed description:
The machine is mainly made up of 5 systems
(1) Loading system:
Ball screw column, gate style, floor type
Loading method by imported high disolution digital AC servo motor
The loading force range: 10 to 600 KN.
The effective test width: 400 mm or more
Maximum speed: Up to 500 mm/min or more
(2)Measure and control system
The crosshead speed range is from 0.001 to 500 mm/min with accuracy of ± 0.5%.
The crosshead have auto-clearance function.
The crosshead stroke measurement shall be by means of optical encoder.
The crosshead stroke display resolution should be at least 0.05 mm
(3) Operation system
The operation unit shall have the following function: -
Test force clearance function
Breaking detection function
Automatic read function for load cell characteristic value
Peak/break value display function
Curve display at real time.
Force loading system
The force loading system will steadily provide the desired force with accuracy of 0.5%
Software system
The soft ware system will conduct the test and process and record the result. The curves will be displayed at real time and the data analysis mode is chooseable.

Mechanical properties test of materials. Such as, tensile, compression, bending, cutting, tearing test etc for rubber, plastic, fiber, electricity lines, paper, etc.
