Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine
The machine uses 2 units of curved blade blast wheel produced with the introduced world advanced technology as cleaning measure to work pieces. The structure of machine is designed with advanced technologies at home and abroad. The work pieces are blasted at three positions in blasting cabinet (a sole design of our company in China). Two sets of hook are designed, which can either move ahead or rotate around their axles. The machine has "Manual" and "Automation" working modes. Two sets of hook can move ahead, upward and downward. The machine adopts PLC system to control all parts in it.
The machine has the advantages of high projection speed, high productivity, easy operation, ideal blasting result and reliability suitable to the applications of shot blasting or peening to small-to-medium batch of castings, forgings and weldments, especially for blasting thin and long work pieces.
