6) Shim: Φ 320mmOD× Φ 160mmID× 10mmT treat with hardening, to ensure durability of it.
7) Separate axis: 45#, Φ 160mmOD × 1800mmL surface hardening process.
8) Cantilever pressure separation change shims, with a safety pin and pressure roller compaction device.
9) Main power: DC 285KW, the speed is tracking control by PLC
10) The coiler has auxiliary support to ensure the shaft strength
11) Feeding jaw adopts hydraulic clamping device
12) The body welds by steel board, annealing to remove internal stress and processing overall.
