JBW Screen Stretching Machine is used for plate making in screen printing. This unit has two kind of type: Simple Model is only equipped with 12 PCS stretching heads which are controlled by pneumatic cylinders. It can make the Max. frame size of 1000× 1000mm;

The other type is Mechanical Model which is also divided into manual and electric control. The mechanical model stretching unit is made of swaged aluminum and treated plating bars. The mesh is fixed by the special design-double edge clamps. Rotate the handwheel, the mesh is stretched to the required tension in 4 directions. At the same time, the frame is also be pressed by the same force. Through stepping the pump, the mesh is streched tightly against the frame by pre-glue. The unit has the perfect performance of equal tension, and the stretching force can be adjusted freely according to different request.
