Submerged arc flux-cored wire production line is automatic production equipments for submerged arc flux-cored wire based on steel strip method. It used the technology of steel band forming, powder filling, rolling round radial shrinkage and draw wire. It can produce flux-cored wire of diameterφ 2.4-φ 6 including submerged arc flux-cored wire, clear arc flux-cored wire, wear resistant flux-cored wire etc.

The performance of this equipment is steady, VFD speed control is used for this machine and the system process is controlled by PLC. The parameter setting and the monitoring of system running are via the touch screen. This equipment is overall concentration, low noiseconvenient for maintenance, easy for operation and easy to grasp.
