process flow:
First, if you use recycled material (LDPE/HDPE/XLPE) to produce PE wax. You must crush, clean, and then dry it. (This machine are not included in our machine, of course, we could buy it instead. )If produce by new material, you don't need to get this step ready).
Second, falls the material into the extruder, the material turn into liquid inside.
Third, when the liquid comes out, enter next step the first cooling tank ----next, the second cooling tank( at the same time, use waste water and steam treatment device to recycle diesel, about 3%, that can be sold again. ), during the process, the liquid 's temperature is dropping all the way.
Fourth step, come into PE wax sheet machine. The PE wax sheet comes out.
If you need PE wax power or granular, then you could buy the crusher or drip granulator. But that isn't included in our machine, of course, we could buy it for you.
