Our oneway free (carbotage) service help you saving freight from China to your countries. As we will deliver you container with light cargo loaded inside to your port and redelivery empty container to your own depot, In which way the shipping cost will be eliminated.
1. Does Polar Container arrange Free Delivery?
We can arrange free delivery to most major ports worldwide. However, Some special containers which are not adapt to deliver with cargoes or buyer would not like to adopt the method of oneway, Ocean freight will be charged.
2. What is oneway Trip?
Most of the standard containers are delivered via oneway, which means containers are delivered together with the cargo and empty containers will be returned to our customers' depots.
3. What is procedure for one trip container
1)New Container:
7 days for deliver new container to shipper or liner's depot for loading cargo.
For the POD(Major ports) with good cargo volume. We can delivery 10~20units/week, Pls consult Polar consultant
For the POD with less cargo volume, we can deliver 0~5units/week. Pls consult Polar consultant
Transit time is different from ports. Pls consult Polar consultant
Most of the standard containers are delivered via oneway, which means containers are delivered together with the cargo and empty containers will be returned to our customers' depots.
2)Used container.
All the procedure is the same as onetrip NEW container.
However, due to liner and shipper request the unit they are going to load all upto CW/UCIRC condition. So they will have survey procedure prior to taking these units.
The survey will take about 3~7days depends on quantity.
only the units up to international CW/UCIRC standard, would Shipper/liner take these units as one trip
4. What Criteria for New Container does Polar supply?
We can supply New container which are BV/GL/LR/ABS certified
5. What Criteria for Used Container does Polar supply?
All the used container we supplied are upto CW/UCIRC/IICL.
