LDM series universal single screw extruders are mainly used for extruding PE, PP, PA, PVC, PET, PS etc., which can be widely used in the fields of plastic process, cable&wire, chemical fiber, medicine and foods. The extruder consists of driving equipment, extrusion part, feeding equipment and control system. The screw barrel is made of high intensity alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, treated with nitrogen, with very high wearability and cauterization resistance. It can be equipped with the auxiliary equipments( including moulding head), to produce many kinds of plastic products, like film, pipe, flake, board, thread, strip, etc, as well as granule.
