Mould, bottom board and stream curing car are the main ancillary equipments in the production of aerated concrete. The casting machine pours the well-proportioned and mixed materials into the mould, after that, mould is tied on bottom board, then the body foams and hardeds. The body was hoisted into the stream-curing car with the bottom plate. The stream-curing car with the body and bottom plate is organized into groups and carries them into autoclave for stream curing.
