SURFACE STRESS METER (REF. S- FSM-6000LE)

This FSM-6000LE is developed for measuring surface of glass with PC. Chemical and thermal tempering is increasing the area of glass application in most of industries. The optical waveguide effect in the surface layer of tempered glass is a useful tool for measuring surface stress for quality and process control purposes.
The light source is a special LED and the life time is enpanded to 10, 000 h. (500h so far).
