Ice tube machine that produce cylinder edible ice. Many pieces of stainless steel tube compose evaporator, refrigerant flowing between different stainless steel tubes, water flowing inside the stainless steel, it formed helical flow under function of water separator, water form ice during it flow inside the stainless steel tubes. Machine equip with digital controlled, controlled mechanical and time relay triple protection, strictly control ice forming speed, prevent stainless steel tube cracking. Tube ice is a kind of hollow cylindrical ice with external diameter 22mm, 28mm, 35mm and length 25mm to 42mm. The hole diameter is usually 5-10mm and it can be adjusted according to ice making time.

After the refrigeration system normal work, the water in the bottom water bin take from the outlet transported to the inlet of the upper water bin by the chilling pump, and then through the water separator as a screw flow way along the inner wall of the recuperation tube flowing downward with the refrigerant on the surface of recuperation tube doing heat exchange, then the temperature is reduced, parts of water will be formed ice tube in the inner recuperation tube, the water than don't formed ice after fall of temperature will be flowing into the bottom water bin, the water circulating again and again, so the cold energy will loss just a little.
After a certain time, the water stops circulated, the refrigeration system change into ice dropping model, ice cutting structure running, the refrigeration on surface of the heat exchange tube will be turn into high pressure refrigerant gas, the heat gas exchange heat with the ice tube in the ice maker and make the ice tube melt little, then the ice tube without the gravity, slide down into the ice cutting structure, and cut ice tube to small tubes.
