The testing facility is made of stainless steel which is high temperature and high pressure and is resistance to corrosion. Reactor inside diameter is Φ 30mm. The volume of catalyst loaded is 50ml. There is several gas streams and one liquid stream. Gas stream feed is controlled by import pressure reducing regulator and connect with a mass flow controller. Integral reactor is made of stainless steel, as for the upper and lower parts of the reactor, there have an easy structure and easy operated seal head. In order to control the temperature accurately there is a temperature transducer in the reactor wall, in the meantime, in order to test the temperature accurately inside the reactor and to ensure not only the reaction is in a constant temperature, but also testing the axial temperature distribution of catalyst bed, there is a thermocouple inside the reactor which can move freely. At the end of the reactor there is a outlet. After tail gas going through cooling, it enters gas-liquid separator. Reacting oven is a large capacity heating oven with special design. Inside the oven, there are several heating parts and the temperature can be selected according to customer's demand. The special heating way could ensure the length of constant temperature zone in oven. For the alloy liner of special materials in the oven, the temperature can maintain stability in the environment of strong reaction. Multifunctional reactor with different axial temperature inside the oven can be designed and manufactured.
